Quote from Scott: “YOU are the future of New England Volleyball! Partnering with Coach Lucas on this project is a dream come true and we can not wait to find and develop the next generation of volleyball athletes here in Greater Boston!”

He also coaches girls and boys club travel teams at SMASH Volleyball where his teams have ranked in the top 4th percentile in the nation. With motivation for coaching all age groups, Lucas' coaching ranges from 12U to 18U travel teams, to 5 year old beginners. Quote From Lucas: "The future of New England volleyball lies in our youth, our youngest players. There is nothing more exciting than helping a young person learn a new skill, do something new, make new friends, and fall in love with the game. And for many of these athletes there is nothing more fulfilling than trying really hard, expending a lot of energy, and leaving a session tired & happy. I'm thrilled to be partnering with Scott on this project to bring youth volleyball to more young players."
