THE PERFECT ACTIVITY FOR KIDS! MINI CLUB 4 STARTS FEBRUARY 22!

Looking to get your kids active and learning volleyball? Mini Club Youth Volleyball is a grass roots program for young girl & boy athletes from grades K-8. This program is perfect for total beginners looking to try out the game, to players with moderate volleyball experience. Mini Club includes a weekday practice focused mostly on skill development  for all ages and an additional Saturday focused mostly on game play for athletes in 3rd-8th grade.

Our professional coaches come prepared, with enthusiasm and positive energy each practice. We teach the skills of volleyball just as they are taught by our US National Volleyball program. In addition to fundamental skills, players will learn how the game is played, and have plenty of opportunities to compete in small, fast-paced games. We're focused on giving your young athlete a proper start to their volleyball career.

Mini Club will be held indoors at the courts at Boston Sports Club in Wellesley.  Included in this session, each player will receive a Boston Area Youth Volleyball shirt.

Quote from Scott: “YOU are the future of New England Volleyball! Partnering with Coach Lucas on this project is a dream come true and we can not wait to find and develop the next generation of volleyball athletes here in Greater Boston!”

Lucas Coffeen - Lucas has over 20 years of experience coaching teams, running camps, and teaching clinics. He is the head coach of Newton South HS girls and boys volleyball. He also coaches girls and boys club travel teams at SMASH Volleyball where his teams have ranked in the top 4th percentile in the nation. With motivation for coaching all age groups, Lucas' coaching ranges from 12U to 18U travel teams, to 5 year old beginners. Quote From Lucas: "The future of New England volleyball lies in our youth, our youngest players. There is nothing more exciting than helping a young person learn a new skill, do something new, make new friends, and fall in love with the game. And for many of these athletes there is nothing more fulfilling than trying really hard, expending a lot of energy, and leaving a session tired & happy. I'm thrilled to be partnering with Scott on this project to bring youth volleyball to more young players."
